Both Sugar and Jaggery are made from sugarcane juice but they are processed differently. After initial boiling, the sugarcane syrup is treated with charcoal, then the solution is condensed and crystalized and hence Sugar is obtained. The sugarcane syrup is boiled for several hours to produce a thick paste which is then placed in a mould to get a firm shape, thus Jaggery is obtained.

Overall Experience:
Initially after opening the pack I sensed a unique aroma and it was like a combination of flour used in health mix and sweet. The cookies appeared like a normal cookie and they were slightly over-baked. They were not easily breakable. Those cookies were small and good. The colour of the cookies was caramel brown and the whole cookie had the same colour. Then I started to eat the cookies. They were very hard to bite. The cookies were less crunchy and were sticky. The cookies had the taste of millet and something burnt. The cookies were hard to chew but they had a good taste and were good to eat. They were less sweet and it was like mixing flour and eating. Children may find it difficult to eat as it was hard as compared to other biscuits. This 90 g pack contains 13 cookies and its cost is Rs. 55. Overall the cookies were good. Let us know in the comments about your taste experience.
